1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 oz.  cinnamon apple sauce

2/3 cup Apple Cider

1 cup white sugar

2 cups of brown sugar

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ginger


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 3 bread loaf pans.  I ended up doing two larger pans.

In your mixer, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, applesauce, apple cider and sugars until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and cloves. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.



Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let the yummy begin…

It was delicious!  Not too sweet.
