    Love this video! Such a good reminder how much “topping” add to the calorie count of the meal! Thanks for explaining the milk! I’m not a big milk drinker but when it’s called for in a recipe I just add whole milk. Love the idea of coconut milk. I will try the sweetened version first! Thanks for being so transparent and sharing that you don’t have to be starving yourself to get healthy!
