If you know me, I am honest to a fault sometimes. Sorry if my immature mouth has hurt you in the past, or heck even the present. Still working on it! But one thing I’ve always struggled with about talking down to myself, and maybe you do it, is sometimes the things you are telling yourself are TRUE! I am heavy and I do struggle with my weight and I’ve never actually been thin enough for my liking…. But just because it might be true, doesn’t mean it’s helpful.
