Lots of things at Salt & Sequins Home Supply are handmade.  Because each piece is carefully handmade there may be some slight variations in color and design which only adds to the charm of each item that has been hand-crafted just for you! It’s the nature of a hand made product.  But we know you will love your new product!

PROCESSING TIME

Unless it states otherwise, please allow one week for your order to ship.  Some items are handmade and take time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Make sure to check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your regular inbox. 

Salt & Sequins appreciates that you shopped small and supported our small business.  We however are small family business and enjoy family time.  That being said, we will get back to you as soon as possible and within a timely manner.

SHIPPING

All shipments are sent to the address on your PayPal account ONLY. Please ensure this address is correct prior to placing your order as it can not be changed after.

We strive to get your new products out the door as quick as possible.  Please allow 5-7 business days for us to carefully pack and prepare your items for shipment. If additional time is needed, we will do our best to contact you with a more accurate time frame.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the United States and Canada, nor to the US Territories, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  Please contact us with any additional shipping questions. International Customers: We are not responsible for any customs/VAT fees. 

We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Carrier will be determined by the most economical rates available. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are local to us, we would like to offer you the option to pick up your package(s) instead of having it shipped. Please select Local Pick-Up at check out and you will be notified when your items are ready to be picked up.
